1. Nội dung sticker

Người dùng có thể tải lên, chia sẻ và tải về các bộ sticker trên Kibori. Bạn cam kết rằng:

• Bạn sở hữu hoặc có quyền sử dụng hợp pháp đối với nội dung đã tải lên.
• Sticker không vi phạm pháp luật, bản quyền hoặc quyền riêng tư của bên thứ ba.
• Sticker không chứa nội dung:
  • phản cảm, khiêu dâm hoặc bạo lực;
  • xúc phạm cá nhân/tổ chức;
  • quảng cáo trái phép hoặc lừa đảo;
  • vi phạm thuần phong mỹ tục hoặc pháp luật Việt Nam.

2. Trách nhiệm người dùng

Người dùng tự chịu trách nhiệm đối với mọi nội dung do mình đăng tải, chia sẻ hoặc sử dụng trên Kibori, bao gồm các vấn đề liên quan đến bản quyền, quyền sở hữu trí tuệ và quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

Trong trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp, khiếu nại hoặc yêu cầu từ bên thứ ba liên quan đến nội dung do người dùng đăng tải, người dùng có trách nhiệm tự xử lý và phối hợp với Kibori khi cần thiết theo quy định pháp luật.

Kibori chỉ cung cấp nền tảng lưu trữ và chia sẻ sticker. Kibori không chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý đối với các nội dung vi phạm pháp luật, bản quyền hoặc quyền của bên thứ ba do người dùng đăng tải hoặc sử dụng trên nền tảng.

3. Quyền của Kibori

Kibori có quyền:

• kiểm duyệt, ẩn hoặc xoá sticker vi phạm;
• tạm khóa tài khoản có hành vi lạm dụng hệ thống;
• từ chối nội dung không phù hợp với định hướng cộng đồng;
• sử dụng hình ảnh sticker nhằm mục đích vận hành, quảng bá và cải thiện dịch vụ Kibori.

Người dùng vẫn giữ quyền sở hữu đối với sticker do mình tạo ra.

4. Thay đổi điều khoản

Kibori có thể cập nhật điều khoản này bất kỳ lúc nào để phù hợp với hoạt động dịch vụ và quy định pháp luật hiện hành. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ đồng nghĩa với việc bạn đồng ý với các cập nhật mới nhất.

1. Sticker Content

Users may upload, share, and download sticker packs on Kibori. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to use and upload the content.
• Your stickers do not violate any laws, copyrights, privacy rights, or third-party rights.
• Your stickers do not contain:
  • violent, pornographic, or offensive content;
  • defamatory or abusive material;
  • illegal advertisements or scams;
  • content that violates community standards or applicable laws.

2. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for all content they upload, share, or use on Kibori, including any issues related to copyright, intellectual property, and applicable laws.

In the event of disputes, complaints, or third-party claims related to uploaded content, users are responsible for resolving such matters and cooperating with Kibori when necessary in accordance with applicable laws.

Kibori only provides a platform for storing and sharing stickers. Kibori is not legally responsible for any unlawful content, copyright infringement, or third-party rights violations caused by user-uploaded or user-shared content.

3. Kibori’s Rights

Kibori reserves the right to:

• review, hide, or remove violating sticker content;
• suspend accounts that abuse the platform;
• reject content that does not align with community guidelines;
• use uploaded sticker images for operating, promoting, and improving Kibori services.

Users retain ownership of the stickers they create.

4. Changes to Terms

Kibori may update these terms at any time to comply with operational needs and applicable laws. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
