Kibori có thể yêu cầu quyền hệ thống “Cho phép truy cập đầy đủ” (Full Access) trên iOS hoặc các quyền tương đương trên Android.

Đây là yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn của hệ điều hành đối với các ứng dụng bàn phím bên thứ ba nhằm cho phép bàn phím Kibori hoạt động đúng chức năng, bao gồm:

• sao chép sticker;
• dán sticker vào khung chat;
• hiển thị và sử dụng sticker trực tiếp từ bàn phím.

Kibori không sử dụng quyền này để đọc, lưu trữ hoặc theo dõi nội dung người dùng nhập từ bàn phím.

Nếu không cấp quyền này, tính năng gửi sticker trực tiếp từ bàn phím Kibori có thể không hoạt động đầy đủ.

2. Cam Kết Bảo Mật Dữ Liệu

Kibori KHÔNG thu thập hoặc lưu trữ:

• nội dung bạn nhập từ bàn phím;
• mật khẩu;
• tin nhắn cá nhân;
• thông tin thanh toán hoặc thẻ ngân hàng;
• ảnh chụp màn hình hoặc clipboard;
• dữ liệu nhạy cảm do người dùng nhập.

Kibori không theo dõi, ghi lại, truyền tải hoặc phân tích nội dung gõ phím của người dùng.

Mọi nội dung nhập từ bàn phím đều được xử lý trực tiếp bởi hệ điều hành và ứng dụng mà người dùng đang sử dụng — không phải bởi máy chủ của Kibori.

Quyền “Cho phép truy cập đầy đủ” là cảnh báo và yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn của hệ điều hành đối với các ứng dụng bàn phím bên thứ ba, và không đồng nghĩa với việc Kibori có thể đọc hoặc lưu toàn bộ nội dung người dùng nhập.

3. Dữ Liệu Kỹ Thuật

Để cải thiện độ ổn định và chất lượng dịch vụ, Kibori có thể thu thập một số dữ liệu kỹ thuật ẩn danh như:

• báo cáo lỗi ứng dụng;
• dữ liệu hiệu năng;
• thông tin phiên bản ứng dụng và thiết bị;
• thống kê sử dụng tính năng cơ bản.

Các dữ liệu này:

• được ẩn danh trong phạm vi có thể;
• chỉ phục vụ mục đích cải thiện dịch vụ;
• không bao gồm nội dung người dùng nhập từ bàn phím.

4. Nội Dung Sticker & Trách Nhiệm Người Dùng

Người dùng tự chịu trách nhiệm đối với các sticker và nội dung được tải lên, chia sẻ hoặc phát hành thông qua Kibori.

Khi tải lên nội dung, người dùng cam kết rằng:

• mình sở hữu hoặc có quyền sử dụng hợp pháp đối với nội dung đó;
• nội dung không vi phạm bản quyền, quyền sở hữu trí tuệ, quyền riêng tư hoặc quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

Kibori có quyền xoá các nội dung vi phạm điều khoản hoặc quy định pháp luật.

Kibori chỉ đóng vai trò là nền tảng cung cấp dịch vụ và không chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý đối với nội dung do người dùng đăng tải.

5. Dịch Vụ Bên Thứ Ba

Kibori có thể sử dụng các dịch vụ bên thứ ba đáng tin cậy như:

• phân tích dữ liệu sử dụng;
• báo cáo lỗi ứng dụng;
• hạ tầng lưu trữ đám mây.

Các dịch vụ này phải tuân thủ nghĩa vụ bảo mật dữ liệu và không được phép thu thập nội dung người dùng nhập từ bàn phím.

6. Cập Nhật Chính Sách

Kibori có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian nhằm phù hợp với thay đổi của dịch vụ, nền tảng hoặc quy định pháp luật.

Việc tiếp tục sử dụng Kibori đồng nghĩa với việc bạn đồng ý với phiên bản chính sách mới nhất.

Kibori may request the system permission known as “Allow Full Access” on iOS or equivalent keyboard permissions on Android.

This is a standard operating system requirement for third-party keyboard applications, allowing the Kibori keyboard to function properly, including:

• copying stickers;
• pasting stickers into chat fields;
• displaying and using stickers directly from the keyboard.

Kibori does not use this permission to read, store, or monitor anything users type on the keyboard.

Without this permission, the ability to send stickers directly through the Kibori keyboard may not function properly.

2. Our Privacy Commitment

Kibori DOES NOT collect or store:

• text typed on the keyboard;
• passwords;
• private messages;
• credit card or payment information;
• screenshots or clipboard content;
• sensitive personal information entered by users.

Kibori does not monitor, record, transmit, or analyze your keyboard input.

All text entered through the keyboard is processed directly by the device operating system and the application you are using — not by Kibori servers.

The “Full Access” permission is a standard system requirement for third-party keyboard apps and does not mean Kibori can read or store everything you type.

3. Technical & Diagnostic Data

To improve app stability and performance, Kibori may collect limited anonymous technical information, including:

• crash reports;
• app performance metrics;
• device and app version information;
• basic feature usage statistics.

This data:

• is anonymized whenever possible;
• is used solely for improving service quality;
• never includes keyboard input or personal message content.

4. Sticker Content & User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the stickers and content they upload, share, or distribute through Kibori.

By uploading content, users confirm that:

• they own the content or have the legal right to use it;
• the content does not violate copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

Kibori reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable regulations.

Kibori acts solely as a platform provider and is not legally responsible for user-generated content uploaded to the service.

5. Third-Party Services

Kibori may use trusted third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, or cloud infrastructure providers to operate and improve the app.

These services are contractually required to protect user data and are not permitted to collect keyboard input content.

6. Policy Updates

Kibori may update this policy from time to time to reflect service improvements, legal requirements, or platform changes.

Continued use of Kibori after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
